General information

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users in relation to using the Service to purchase goods. These rules result from the regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, and repealing the 95/46/WE directive (General Data Protection Regulation).

Data processing

1. The personal data is processed on the basis of the consent of the User as well as in the cases in which the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data basing on the law, or for the sake of executing a contract concluded between the parties.
2. The service utilizes functions of acquiring information about the users and their behavior in the following manner:
1. through information provided voluntarily in the forms  
2. by storing cookie files [see privacy policy (cookies)].
3. The Service stores information provided voluntarily by the user. This data will be stored and used for the scope of statistical analysis and assessing global movement of the users of the Website. 6. The natural person who has provided data in the form, has access to it. This person is also entitled to modify their data and stop it from being processed at any moment.

We reserve the right to make amends to the privacy security policy of the service, which may result from the development of internet technology, changes in the laws governing personal data protection, or further development of our online service. We will provide clear information about any changes.
8. The Service may post links to other websites. Such websites operate independently from the Service and are not supervised in any way by the service at zygadesign.com. These websites may have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, and we advise you to become familiar with them.
